Catalog Course Description:
The study and practice of modern principles in the care, prevention, and
management of sports injuries. The NATABOC Role Delineation in Athletic
Training serves as a guideline for knowledge that each student should
obtain in this academic course. This course is designed to engage students
in the process of reviewing, analyzing, discussing, synthesizing, and reflecting
about athletic training. (3 Credit Hours)

By the conclusion of this course, the students should be able to:
Description of Assignment, Exams, and Grading Policy: The
final grade will be based upon completion of chapters, chapter tests,
and final exam. Letter grades will be assigned on the following scale:
A+ =97-100%, A =94-96%, A- =90-93%, B+ =87-89%, B=84-86%, B- =80-83%,
C+ =77-79%,C =74-76%, C- =70-73%, D+ =67-69%, D=64-66%, D- =60-63%, F
=59% or lower.
